樓市復甦？看來是的，因為地產代理的不良分子又奸招頻出了！
朋友阿敏有一優質單位，於年初交予 A 地產代理公司放租；可是因於過年期間租客本身就不多，且當時市場風氣傾向買多過租，故放租兩個月也不能成事。阿敏一時心急，就把單位再交託另一家 E 地產公司，同時放租，希望能吸納多些租客睇樓。
誰知，E 公司經營手法相當有問題，其職員居然多次冒充 A 公司的人，向阿敏出口術，以圖破壞 A 公司的交易！話說到三月租客增多，睇樓的人次大增，A 公司亦已介紹了一位優質租客予阿敏，雙方已進入最後議價階段。此時，居然有自稱 A 公司的林小姐，來電謂有一客戶想馬上簽約，想說服阿敏立即成交。阿敏心生疑竇，向 A 公司查詢，卻證實他們當中並沒有林小姐！
阿敏心中有氣，依據林小姐的來電顯示打去，赫然發現是 E 公司！本想找林小姐大罵一場，但忌在仍有單位鎖匙在 E 公司手中，唯有暫時啞忍。
E 公司絕對想不到，我的這位朋友阿敏，乃消委會的一位高層，其太太亦在傳媒任職，故事情不會就此了結。上得山多，終會遇虎的。
