買行貨還是水貨？這是個難答的問題。
最近想買一部日本名牌數碼相機，原裝入口行貨跟平行進口水貨的價格，居然相差近千元！行貨的好處是：有本地原廠保養，有中英文說明書，相機上的按鈕標記也是英文的，還附送特別贈品；但，這值不值得多付一千元？見仁見智。
反過來說水貨嘛，便宜一千元的代價是：沒有保養，只有日文說明書和日文標記。但最大問題是，貨品來歷不明，買回家後一旦有事，那些水貨電器店是鐵定不受理的；值得為一千元冒這個險嗎？我答不上來。
這部相機行貨定價四千多，如果水貨只便宜二三百的話，那就肯定選行貨的了。但，一千元真不是一個小數目！以三千多元就可以買到四千多元的東西，任誰也難逃這個誘惑吧！
有時候，水貨價格反會比行貨貴！像某些 PS2 的遊戲軟件，釵h專業玩家都寧願買日本原裝水貨，而不想買本地包裝的行貨；何解？情意結也！大家總認為，日本版的包裝和印刷，是比較優質的。於是，水貨價格就被炒高。
另一例子是「一丁麵」，入口水貨要比本地製行貨貴很多呢！
