「日本漫畫之神」手塚治虫的眾多代表作中，我最喜愛的是《Black Jack》，或譯作《怪醫秦博士》、《怪醫黑傑克》。我喜愛到一個程度，手上現擁有四套不同版本的《怪醫》。
第一套買的，出版商稱為「百禾」，共十二冊，但很明顯是盜版，皆因此套書早於一九九一年購入；那年代，市面上仍未出現任何獲正式授權的日本漫畫。
第二套是「文化傳信」版，應該是香港第一套正版《怪醫》，二十多冊，約出版於九四、九五年；因此套書被我收藏在家中隱密處，執筆時未能找出來核實年份及冊數。至於第三套，是後來「正文社」於二○○○年重新推出的「文庫版」，共十六冊。
第四套，是我特地自台灣書店搜購回來的「時報版」，共二十二冊，於九六年推出的；此版本也竟漎O水貨，但絕對是授權正版，且最為精美，值得收藏。
詳細報告這些，只想說明一件事：我是極之尊重、強烈支持正版的！
海關高層或會抗議說：「那為何你會買了一套盜版《怪醫》？」答案還不簡單：「大佬！那時候根本未有正版呀！你估我想咩！」
