時值八月中，雖然學生們放暑假仍然放得如火如荼，但作為傳媒，已然行先一步，在準備有關開學的報道了。
想起開學用品，大家不其然會想起書包、文具等；有沒有人會想起水壺與扇子？如今，水壺與扇子還是不是學生們（尤其是小學生）的必需品？
在我做小學生的年代，水壺與扇子是上學不能不備的。記得升上小學的第一天，母親就為我預備了水壺，內盛滿白開水；水壺誘l打開後，可然當做杯子，然而倒出來的水，永遠有一陣濃烈的膠味！所以，我是從來不愛喝水壺水的。
今時今日，小學生還用帶水壺嗎？也部A水壺早已被那些方便衛生的樽裝蒸餾水、礦泉水所取代了。
說到扇子，當年的課室那有冷氣空調？頂多只有天花板上的三葉風扇，把陣陣熱風吹散下來；故在炎熱的日子，自備扇子是明智之舉。
如今的學生，會帶扇子麼？應該不會吧，就算課室中沒有冷氣，大家也一定會選用小型的電風扇吧！
沒有水壺與扇子，我卻很有興趣，看看現代小學生的書包中，到底有些甚麼。也閉O：手提電話？錄音筆？電子筆記本？
