記得多年前，仍在某年輕人周刊任職時，有次編輯部開「腦震盪會議」（Brainstorming），大家一起度新題目。
途中，主會人（即當時的出版人）為刺激大家思考，問了一條問題：「如果你現在立即可以放大假，你最想去邊度旅行？」很記得，會上大部分人的答案都是：日本！
值得一提的是，當時的與會者，年齡都是二十來歲、不過三十。故「日本」這個答案，多多少少反映了這個年齡層的意見。他們想去日本，主要是為了兩個字：購！物！
時光流轉……這陣子，小弟在辦公室極力鼓勵同事放大假，以免大家的假期一同囤積在年尾。果然一呼百應，未幾，好幾個同事的「假期申請表」都遞上來了。八卦地，問他們放假去邊度玩。好幾位的答案都是：日本！
仍然是日本。目下這班同事，也是二十來歲；和多年前那班二十來歲相比，大家選擇一致。
也難怪。經「沙士」一役，去日本的旅費降至幾近二十年的新低，況且當地一直與「沙士」絕緣，又沒有實施對疫區遊客的隔離措施，實在是避炎旅遊首選之地。
就算是我，雖然已經三十幾歲，但都一樣想去！
