在美國，三月是賭波旺季。賭的，是籃球；卻不是NBA，而是NCAA──大學籃球。
話說每年三月中某星期日，NCAA（全國大學體育聯會）便會公布入圍甲組大學籃球聯賽的名單；全美三百二十七隊甲組隊伍，依其常規賽成績論資格，只有頂尖的六十五隊可以參賽，爭奪全國冠軍。
名單一出，美國人便舉國瘋狂，他們稱之為March Madness。點癲法？無論在學校、機構、辦公室等，總之有同僚的地方，大家就會聚合開賭，且男女老幼都參與，絕對是全民皆賭！
點賭法？基本玩法是，把六十五隊的晉級表列出來，預測全部六十四場比賽賽果（哪隊勝出），鬥鬥大家的眼光（和運氣）。參加者每人付美元若干，投入大彩池，到最後貼中最多場數的那位，便可全數拿走彩金！
今屆名單剛公布了！小弟的母校今年戰績優異，廿五勝五負，現全國排名第十二，自然順利入圍聯賽，更被多方看好有機會殺入十六強，甚至八強四強！公布那天晚上，就收到家妹自美國的電郵，問我要不要參加她公司內的賭波……
本來躍躍欲試，但諗諗下：咁玩法，會否觸犯乜鬼跨境賭博條例㗎？
