當年喜歡《排球女將》及小鹿純子的Fans，一定會有疑問：小鹿純子後來去咗邊？
正確一點，又完整一點地問，應該是：飾演小鹿純子的荒木由美子，在《排球女將》大熱之後，憑其年輕美貌，理應星途不俗，卻為何完全失了蹤影？
於是，出現傳聞。多年前，跟一位熟悉日本藝能界的朋友談起荒木由美子，對方謂：「她好像在拍完《排球女將》不久後，撞車死了。」我當時信以為真，為之心痛不已，高呼天妒紅顏！
我不但信，這幾年來，還一直將這個傳聞傳揚開去！真該死！──現在，終於真相大白：荒木由美子絕對未死，且活得相當好！
話說我重溫完《排球女將》主題曲之後，馬上上網找尋荒木由美子的資料，看到一則去年二月的日本娛樂新聞，大意是：「歌手湯原昌幸的妻子荒木由美子，於結婚十九年後完成育兒生活，將再度投入藝能界，推出懷舊精選碟。」另有幾則內地消息，報道她曾於今年四月來中國訪問。
即是說，荒木由美子早在八三年便息影嫁人，然後生仔湊仔。今年四十三歲的她，卻已然「復活」了！特此公告，以正視聽。（二之二）
