假如，你收到這樣一張明信片，你會怎樣？
明信片是從伊拉克寄來的。再看清楚一點，它根本就是由伊拉克的政府機關寄給你的。
明信片上，印着一句句生硬乃至串錯字的英語，大意是：「歡迎您來伊拉克！雖然前陣子我國飽受戰火之苦，但現在已全面獲得解放！在美軍最強軍力的保衞下，社會秩序已然恢復，商業文化活動亦一一復蘇；我們極力保證遊客的安全，請放心來訪伊拉克！」
請問，你會因此而考慮去伊拉克嗎？我只知道，我不會。
又假如，你收到這樣一張明信片。它寄自台灣，是由當地政府的旅遊推廣部門寄給你的。
明信片上，印着一個大紅心，上書「從心振作」四個大字，另有小段文字寫着：「台灣全省上下一心對抗非典型肺炎，已得到大成效！我們的醫護人員，用心向您保證，來台灣是安全的，歡迎來台灣旅遊公幹！」
請問，你會因此而放心去台灣嗎？我只知道，我不會。
如此這般的明信片，對恢復大家的信心有效嗎？個人認為，幼臚ㄓj。
可是，據知已經有三十萬張這種明信片，由香港寄了出去，向世界各地的人們高呼「請來香港」。
嘥錢。嘥紙。嘥氣。唉。
