有朋友向我投訴她公司內的所謂不平事。
簡而言之，是A君任勞任怨，死做爛做，但好像永遠得不到上司賞識；相反B君工作量少，又試過犯錯，卻仍然在公司內穩穩陣陣。
朋友覺得，這樣子太不公平了，為何其上司視而不見？既不加莧君，又不處理B君？我聽後失笑。公平？哈哈哈。
打從第一天出社會做事，我就明白到世上根本不會有絕對公平的工作環境。作為打工仔，不論投身家庭式小公司抑或跨國大企業，都肯定會面對不公平現象。
對於朋友的不平鳴，我卻如此看：其實，她應該為A君高興，為B君哀悼。
A君工作量愈多，做得愈辛苦，就愈發加強了自己在公司的生存價值。上司見他頻頻加班，雖然沒有出口稱讚，但心中自然加了分；A君的飯碗應該穩固。
B君輕鬆度日，以為自己幸運，實情只是時辰未到，早已被列入上司的「X-Files」中。一旦公司決定各部門要裁員若干，其上司必然輕輕鬆鬆送他上路，不猶豫不手軟不心痛，因為一早已預咗係吽C
今時今日，工作生態環境的確如此。曾失業半年的我，早已領悟到，只有做A君才可以生存下去；還管他甚麼公平不公平？
