有位任職記者的舊同事,忽然搖身一變成為纖體廣告女郎,身穿比堅尼在雜誌上大穡j士,令認識她的人(包括我)都感到嘩然!
印象中,她本身決不是肥胖一族,為何突然變為「減肥代言人」?
卻見她在廣告中娓娓道來,說自己曾因為情緒問題而暴飲暴食,大增二三十磅;後來痛定思痛,決心減肥,一次過把這二十多磅贅肉消滅云云。
咦?睇落又幾吸引喎,可以減成二十幾磅,有乜秘方?我這個有些少贅肉的「八公」連忙細讀下去。可是,當我讀到她所提供的減肥應畾氶A立即大呼:Forget it!諗都唔使諗!
其應璁p下:早嚏A一杯黑咖啡加半片不塗油的多士;午嚏A一杯清茶;晚嚏A滾水烚菜(不落油)及一碗湯(當然也是少油)。日日如是。
一句講晒:要天天吃如此的應獢A我寧可暴肥!快給我牛扒、朱古力、汽水、雪糕!
無巧不成話。另一位姊妹,無啦啦又轉來一封電郵,題為「減肥法大全」,一次過收集了坊間四十多種減肥秘笈,甚麼「跳繩減肥法」、「飲水減肥法」、「菠蘿減肥法」、「檸檬茶減肥法」等等。
小弟對之興趣不大。但有興趣一讀的姊妹弟兄們,請來訪小弟的網頁。
