公屋不准養狗的規定，是可以理解的，大家都已接受多時。當然接受還接受，釵h公屋居民一直偷偷養狗，那又是另一回事。
最近房署公布新規定，公屋內不單止不准養貓養狗，就連一些小型寵物，舉凡兔仔、龍貓、倉鼠等等，全部禁養，似乎就十分矯枉過正了！
觀乎本港釵h大型私人屋苑，亦有禁止養狗的規定。管理公司或大業主之所以定下這種條文，說到底，只是希望能有效保持屋苑內公眾地方的衞生。至於那些毋須帶出街走動、不會在公眾地方遺臭的寵物，話之你係貓定鼠（老鼠例外！），從來不會被管；總之住客好好看管牠們，Keep住牠們在自己單位（私人地方）內，不會騷擾到其他住客，那就無人會過問。
到底房署為何會有如此奇想，連兔仔、龍貓、倉鼠都要禁？養過這幾種寵物的朋友都會知道，牠們絕不會影響公眾衞生喎！而且又不會嘈吵喎！
有一位住在公屋、極愛養倉鼠的朋友，已向我表示，會繼續養下去：「房署有老鼠唔去捉，走來捉我啲倉鼠？乜嘢政府呀……」下略幾百字，最後又係連董特首都鬧埋。
唉，又無端端「辣」着另一班人，為乜呢？如果再有遊行的話，隊伍中肯定會有貓有狗有兔有鼠！
