在網上讀到《北京晚報》七月三十一日的一則新聞，令我大為震驚！
據報道，由八月一日起，北京市正式實施《國家通用語言文字法》的若干規定：「規定要求，本市製作的影視作品的印刷體廠名、台名、製作單位名稱、欄目名稱、片名、廣告等，應當以規範漢字為基本用字，違反規定的，由工商行政部門依據有關法律、法規進行處理。」
咁即係點？簡而言之，就是以後北京所有廣告佬、度橋人，都不可再「玩字」了！
玩字，無論是玩諧音字、改編成語，已成為現代華人媒體的一種風氣。例如，內地一種塗料產品以「好色之塗」作宣傳，止咳水則用標語「咳不容緩」（普通話「咳」與「刻」諧音），更有隻止痾藥名為「瀉停封」（謝霆鋒）；這些都是玩字。
相比內地，香港的玩字玩得更濫。隨便就想起片名《來電險事》、歌名《合久必婚》、演唱會《左麟右李》、書名《魅來報告》、店名「參滿意粥」……以上諸名，如今放在北京市的話，已屬違法了！
玩字都有罪？顯然北京當局認為這是歪風，故予以整頓。嘩！咁都要管，你話驚唔驚？我好驚呀，因為我都成日玩字㗎！呢條「惡法」千祈唔好引入香港呀！
