在這個小單位獨居十年後，我決定要搬家了！
無巧不成話，據知和我同年出生的幾位舊同學，都不約而同先後在今年內搬了家；難道同一生肖，果真是同一命運乎？非也，雖同樣是搬家，但各有不同前因。
原本獨居在西貢龍蝦灣無敵海景靚村屋的A女，搬進去才不過一年，忽然搬走；原因是，業主不肯減租。七百多呎的單位租九千五，絕對偏貴，A女住滿一年要求減租乃合情合理。無奈業主只肯減三數百，她思前想後，決定還是要睇錢份上，忍痛放棄此Dream House。新租的西沙村屋，同樣七百多呎，同樣無敵海景，只租六千──搬得明智！
B君夫婦則是供樓一族，本居於康怡花園六百多呎單位。最近決定向香港樓市投下不信任票，斷臂賣了康怡，改租寶馬山千呎樓盤；帳面雖蝕了百多二百萬，卻從此不再負債，財政和心理負擔都輕省多了，還收回若干現金，換了部全新寶馬──搬得明智！
C兄向來與家人同住，近一年卻跟家人關係出了點問題，最終在月前決定搬出來獨居──搬得明智嗎？不足為外人道也。
至於在下，計畫把現居小單位，給即將回歸香港的父母長住，自己則另覓租盤搬出去；表面「逼遷」，實則團聚！
