在那個最好的年代，每逢聖誕前夕，釵h公司都會特別印製精美的「公司聖誕卡」，免費派發給員工，讓大家寄送給生意上有往來的客人、同業。
可在這個最壞的年代，這種「公司卡」真的久違了。早自九七回歸不久、金融風暴之後，當時我服務的機構，就馬上奉行節流政策，「公司聖誕卡」幾乎是第一批被「裁」的。
不過，裁歸裁，公司方面卻一直不肯向員工承認這是「慳皮」，只搬出一些所謂的理由，說甚麼支持環保、鼓勵同事改用電郵聖誕卡等等。──同事們會相信嗎？當然不會，因為大家桌上的公司電腦，根本就不能對外發電郵！
故此，已很多年沒有寄出過「公司聖誕卡」了。相對地，近年收到的「公司卡」數目亦大不如前，由以往一年收幾十張，變成現在一年幾張。難道全世界都轉用了電郵聖誕卡嗎？又唔係喎，電郵卡只是間唔中收到一兩封而已。
雖然「公司卡」是久違了，可卻一點也不教人懷念，因為「公司卡」通常是世界上最醜陋的聖誕卡品種，毫無設計可言；而該間公司規模愈大，其「公司卡」亦往往會愈老套、愈核突，令寄者尷尬，收者唔開胃，還是少收為妙！
