Nice to hear from you. What is your background? Are you from Hong Kong?
Brisbane does have "Miss Chinese Brisbane", but I dont know if they are having a competition this year. I think they are quite new to the Miss Chinese International Pageant. Only the last 2 years have they sent reps to MCI in HK.

Unfortunately you need to be an Australian citizen or at least have PR to be able to apply.

If you are from HK, and hold a HK ID card, you may be eligible to apply for Miss Hong Kong.
