Hi Ann,

How are u? Thanks for your message. In most cases, I believe the judges look for overall performance, whether it be speech, dance, answering questions, & personal appearance. However, reason why Miss Chinese Melbourne is called "Miss Chinese Community Quest Melbourne" is that it recognises Chinese girls that have been involved in community service (hence the title), thats the difference compared to other overseas pageants.
