Subject: Deaf Jack Russel Mix

I have a Rack Russel/beagle Mix puppy named Dot shes all white except for one small spot on her face shes 3 months old and not responding well to any training techniques so far ,so i am considering a vibrating collar but not sure about, she has "big issues" with wearing a collar at this time so i am only making her wear it for short periods each day so i dont know about buying a vibrating collar so what i need to know is are they worth the expense? or should i just forget it? and look for other ways to train her
