Subject: 10 week Deaf Jack Russell Puppy

I raise Jack Russell Terriers and I have a deaf puppy that is 10 weeks old. I would love some advise on how to start training him and also I would really like to find him a very special home that can give him more one on one attention then I am able to. If anyone has any advise on how to start, I would really appreciate it. He is going to stay with me and start training until I can find the perfect home. I took us until he was 8 1/2 weeks old to really determine wether or not he was deaf. He is very well socialized and seems 100% normal other then he doesn't respond to sounds. Any advise on where to go and the 1st steps to take would be greatly appreciated.
