Subject: NEW DEAF DOG

FOUND NEW DOG AND NO ONE HAS CLAIMED HER. WE FOUND OUT SHE IS DEAF. SHE WANTS TO BE WITH HER PEOPLE AND ALWAYS BARKS AND CRYS WHEN LEFT WITH OTHER DOGS AND IN HER CRATE. SHE IS VERY DISTRUCTIVE. DOES A BARK COLLAR HELP IN TRAINING A NEW DEAF DOG NOT TO BARK. SHE ALSO IS HAVING A SEPERATION PROBLEM. SHE IS AN ANGLE WHEN WE ARE HOME AND SHE IS IN THE HOUSE...ANY SUGGESTIONS?
