Subject: Hooray for the rule of law

Hooray for the rule of law and protection of the public interest.

How wonderful it is to see that Hutchison's greedy grab to use public parkland for its personal profit has been seen by the courts for what it it: theft.

They can negotiate a commercial lease with a commercial property owner, just like anyone else who wants to run a business.

They have no right, moral, legal or otherwise, to steal precious urban bushland.

Technology is fantastic and so is our natural environment. There's no reason we can't have both - in the right place.

Simple.
