I disagree to a degree. I think UC's defense will rattle Marquette in stretches. Very tough team Marquette is, but they don't have the quickness to stop UC's slashing. People forget that despite losing those games last year UC was still in position to win them. Marquette needed overtime to beat UC at the Shoe. Although Marquette is improved I think UC has improved much more. Our frontcourt is night and day better then last year. At the same time Marquette not being ranked is a joke. The only reason Marquette lost those games was because of injury. They have more then made up for it. They were a legit Top 15 team as their ranking showed. Right now I would have Marquette ranked at 15, they're better then Missouri, and Texas Tech, and Wake Forest even though they lost to them. UC will have to be ready for Marquette, which they will be, and they'll have to hit the glass and use their speed. I would hope the Huggs gives Barker, Grove and Flowers more minutes. It's time to show that we're a Top 5 team. UC is a superior team then Marquette. Homecourt, neutral court, on the road UC should be Marquette. Get the ball to Field and Steve and just shoot them out of that zone that they'll try and use. Speed up the game and go to the bench. This is going to be good.
