Subject: Gosh, you'd think a blizzard is coming

Oh, it is!

I went to get groceries this morning and I thought they were giving food away. It was packed. No parking spaces, no carts, checkouts lines going down the regular aisles. I guess folks heard about the storm.

All last week the weather folks kept saying a big storm was coming but it wasn't until Saturday and Sunday that amounts were being mentioned - one foot, 14 - 18 inches,
then the Blizzard of 67 was brought up (23 inches).

We're having a blizzard, a freezing snow blizzard.
