 Shay watches as the dam and foal canter off away from them. After a small sigh, she raises her form and begins to follow the stallion. Dial turns back to her sister and nickers, letting her know her own intentions. She was in season and instinct told her to travel with the forming band. She halts as she catches sight of the stallion and another mare.

Shawna quickly canters over to her sister and halts also. She was not sure if this mare would pose a problem but they had already sensed agression from her. No doubt she would be the lead mare so they dared not challenge her status. But since she was also in heat and the lead mare was obviously pregnant, the two twins had an advantage over her.
