Though, I do have to warn you about something. I read that dang iVillage TOS because of all the posts getting pulled. Did you know that they have the right to use anything on your website for other media without getting your permission first? I found that rather scary. I remember Yahoo trying to pull that in their TOS and there was an uproar about it.
