Lycos has Tripod: http://www.tripod.lycos.com/
Yahoo has GeoCities: http://geocities.yahoo.com/

Tripod has the exact same web page builder as iVillage did. Yahoo is a little different and have 3 choices (super-super easy, easy, and experienced types) I'm going to be changing my couple of web page over to the other sites because I just don't trust iVillage; I fear one day my pages there will just disappear.
