My daughter just went through this. This site is great because if you go back and re-enter, it creates a whole new page. We basically played beat the clock until she'd make her daily goal (she picked it). I'd randomly print new pages whenever needed. She knows them well now. This site also has similar pages for addition, subtraction, and division!
