Praise the Lord,
I am Julius from Kenya and my wife Judith and I had a
bitter disagreement of which she ran away. My efforts
to bring her back have been enormous but with quite
very little success (thanks to earlier prayers).
Truly speaking since she left my five years
daughter Monica on October 24th 2006 we only saw her once.
She came but was quite brief with us and did some
house chores. I tried getting in touch with her where
her stepmother Everlyne had taken her for a house maid
job. At times when I talk to her (my wife Judith) she
is positive but at times she only gives me insults. I
am getting worked up and I lost my job due to my family issue. My attempts to talk to her
well have failed and my daughter has developed lots of
stress and at times urinates every ten minutes.
On the 1st of January I tried talking to her via the
phone and for reasons not clear to me she insulted me
terribly. My daughter too tried talking with her over
the phone. I got so worked up that I called her boss
hoping to make things better and this must have made
her (my wife judith) more mad but I did it in good
faith and out of desperation. . Her boss (Mama Hamza
- meaning mother to Hamza as one of her children is
called hamza , Mama Hamza is a Somali who is a
Muslim.) listened to me and agreed that I may visit
her the following day together with my daughter
Monica. The following day together with one of my
wife’s cousin I went but all got worse. We were not
allowed to go past the main gate and the security
people informed us that we are not supposed to step at
the territory. From a distant we saw her (my wife
Judith) sweep and she waved to her cousin, I also
lifted my daughter who saw her. Her boss did not
receive any of my calls anymore and as I write this,
things are quite bad for me. My wife is quite stubborn
and uncooperative but she is forgetting the five plus
years we have been together and the pain our daughter
is going through. Please pray for the change of her
stubborn heart. I am ready to forgive her fully and
unconditionally only that my system is currently too
weak due to the suffering I have been through since
she left, Schools have openened and our
daughter has not yet reported due to her absence. I am
also currently weak and look sickly . Please join
with me for the praying of her quick return.

My name is Steven, and I am a minister. I'm 22 years old. I have been in the ministry since the age of 17. I feel in my spirit that God is calling me to a higher level of calling, but the enemy is always near with some sort of distraction. My wife has left our four-year-old child and myself for another man. She has moved 250 miles away and she allows us virtually no contact or communication with her. Her partner in adultery lives here in my town, so they see each other every weekend all weekend long. This is time she could spend with her husband reconciling and, more importantly, it's time she could spend just being a mommy. But her lover gets her every weekend. Her lover has her this weekend. As I write this, her lover has her at this very moment. Please simply pray that my wife end that wicked relationship and return home soon and that we both learn from the mistakes we have made.

I'm a 34-year-old woman who lives in Hungary.I have 2 children (Peter 9yrs and Nora 2 and half months old).I got married with a man called Lajos this year in church.I had a previous marriage but my first husband left us for a younger woman when my son was 5.My new husband doesn't like my son (9yrs)and he can't live in a family.He was 37 when he married me.This summer he used to spend his time with me only then when my son was at the grandparents'.When I was pregnant he made me cry a lot,he was cruel with me,he left me alone and used to sleep in his house or at his mother's flat.He said he couldn't live in a family and needed freedom and my son is not his son so he did not have to look after him or bring him up.
This September our baby was 5 days old when he left us.Now he wants to find a woman who has no children.Maybe he loves another woman.He likes Nora but he visits her very very rarely.I love him and I want him to come back.I pray for him every day.Please help us and pray for Lajos to be a good father and husband.Please pray for me and my children,too.Thank you very much for your help.

Thank you for agreeing with me in prayer for our upcoming special event that is open to the public. We have sent out press releases for the first time regarding this quarterly event and we have walked neighborhoods surrounding the venue passing out invitations and praying. We are expecting 100-200 people, which is a lot for us. We are a network of small fellowships (average of 10 folks at our meetings)- this event is to bless our community. Our main concern in prayer for the souls the Lord Jesus will send to this event. We are believing for many salvations, healings and restoration of lives.

Since we planned the Glory Explosion illness has hit everyone on the team. Prayers for our strength in the Lord would be very welcome as well.

I ask you to join me in praying for my sister Mary Kolatsky who is suffering with metastatic breast cancer. Mary is a sister in Christ who is now hospitalized and has been informed that the cancer has spread and her situation is critical. Mary understands the healing power of the Lord
and prays for a miracle yet testifies to knowing the peace and comfort of being brought into His kingdom. I ask you to pray for Mary, for her children, her husband, and family.

I didn't know that this website existed. I was searching within Google for something else. When I found this prayer request, and the request was concerning me, it obviously caught my attention.

As I read the prayer, my eyes were filled with tears ... tears of joy. You must understand that if anyone does NOT deserve the love of our Heavenly Father, it would be me. Yet, in His love He has blessed me with a brother and his name is Dennis Overlien.

Yes, I give thanks for the most obvious ... the price paid by Christ Jesus on the cross for our salvation; however, I also thank Him for giving me a brother who would pray for me without my knowing it. I also thank Him for so many others that were praying for me as I walked thru this valley in my life.

Finally, this message is for Dennis: You referred to me as an "Encourager" in your prayer request ... well, let me just say that you were an awesome teacher and mentor. I love you and I thank you.

My name is Joshua. I live in India. I am medical transcriptionist by profession.

I have been putting off a decision to join christian ministry, because I find it hard. I feel no would listen to what I have to say. I feel it won't make any difference to The Church if I preach, etc.

But, Jesus does not seem to agree with my opinions or ideas. He has been after me since I have been in high school. I have joined a bible college, but at the earliest opportunity came out of it and reasoned that if God wanted me to do his work, he would not have caused difficulties for me. After that I joined a medical transcription company and was happy with my job.

God seems to be after me. I am not a righteous person or a devotee of any sort. I believe in him, but I am not very religious. I frown upon many of the church activities as frivolous. I do not see how I can fit into the role of a christian minister.

I am finding it difficult to do my work of late with out any reason for me to do so. So, I went to Sister who is ministry to pray for me. She prayed and gave me Isaiah 49: 8-9 verses to read. They seem to indicate that God wants me to be in ministry.

I finally decided to do whatever God wants me to do. I don't know how. I don't where. I don't when.

I found about your site while browsing the net.

Please pray for me and please somebody give me some advice as to how to begin and where to begin and when to begin.

I quit my job. And I am waiting for any opportunity to come my way. Please...........................

Thank God for that I can submit my prayer request here, and thank you for your prayer, may God bless you.
Firstly, please pray for that my mother was cheated by Mr. Kwong, Mr Ho, Hin Chai and Anna the year before, she went to a company and worked as an Office assistant, but they cheated my mother, and compelled my mother to give her money out to them(they cheated my mother that the money was used for investment, and the investment was failured), and went away, thank God for that the policemen arrested Mr. Kwong now, but the Mr. Ho , Hin Chai and Anna were still not arrested, please pray for that God can help the policemen in the investigation, and find the evidence to accuse the Mr. Kwong and his helper in the judiciary court, thank God for that the policemen sent us several letters till now about that the investigation is in the progressing, please pray for that God can move their heart, Mr. Kwong , Mr. Ho, Hin Chai and Anna will regret about that they cheated my mother, and they can have pity on my mother , and return the money back to my mother , thank you.
Secondly, (1) Please pray for that I can improve my working efficiency, and please pray for and thank God for that God can protect my family members and I will not to be hurt by my workmates and supervisors in order that I can have psychological health during working and I will have a stable job after my contract due, and pray for and thank God for that I will not be suffered in the marital problems in my job, please pray for that I can further my contract, please pray for that God can help me to make my every effort in keeping my job, please pray for that God can protect my job - which is as a Contract Office Support Assistant, I need this job very much, please pray for that God can have mercy upon me, please pray for that God can help me to tackle with the wrong I make in my job, include I break a pen when I feel very stressed, please pray for that God will forgive my fault and will not punish me about my fault, and I will not make this wrong or others again whole life times, and help me to keep the job after the end of my contract and further my contract for one more year, and please pray for and thank God for that I can have talent to do a job if I will not further the contract later, because I want to earn living for my family members, and please pray for that my mother and I can use our all our spare time to study bible, distribute the gospel pamphlets and pray, so that we can have spiritual growth up. (2)please pray for that my mother, my brother and I can have safety during working hour, God can protect our job, and please pray for that my mother can maintain in her job because my mother had reached her retirement age, and please pray for that God can protect my family members and I to have a job, my sister lost her job recently, please pray for that she can find a new job, and my brother now undergo three months probation period for a job in a hotel, please pray for that he can pass his probation period. (3)Please pray for that I do not want to eat the psychological medicine and my boss will not command me or accompany me to see the psychological doctor and eat the psychological medicine, I will explain that I could not accept the side effect of the psychological medicine, so that I will not eat the psychological medicine, if my boss command me to eat the medicine,I will say I want to see the psychologist rather than eat the psychological medicine, please pray for that God can keep my tongue, help me to answer to the psychological doctor and boss, because he command another boss to accompany me to see the psychological doctor, please protect me not to be hurt by the psychological medicines, psychological problems and my bosses, also please pray for that my family members and I have wisdom to tackle with it too, and please pray for that my family members can understand my psychological situation, because my bosses now force my family members to persuade me to eat the psychological medicines, please pray for that they force me to see the psychological doctor on 4 May 2006, I am afraid that they will place the psychological medicines into my food when I am carelessly, and I am afraid that I will hard to find another jobs if my future bosses know that I have take in the psychological medicines and I am afraid that I will face the prejudice from other people, because if I can answer to the others that I had not eaten any psychological medicines but just see the psychological doctor only, the others will accept me more and will not have prejudice. Please pray for that I can have privilege (as other common people have) to say to each other that I had not yet eaten any psychological medicines, so that I will need not to suffer the pressure of prejudice and inconvenience. And please pray for that my bosses spoke to me if I do not wish to eat the psychological medicines, they will not further my contracts, please pray for that God can protect me not to speak "no" to my bosses directly, so that I will not suffer from pressure that come from the opinions of others because I had eat psychological medicines or not . Please pray for that my brother and sister were contacted by my bosses, so that my sister tlod me that she will not be my sister if I do not want to eat the psychological medicines, and my brother said that he want to use violent to force me to see the psychological doctor and eat the psychological medicines, they now try to persuade me to eat the psychological medicines, please pray for that my family members and I will not hurt by my bosses, and will not suffer a loss at the judgement day. (4) Please pray for that I now use a sharp wood to cut into my skin in order that I can keep on prayer , please pray for that my bosses and family members can understand that I am just praying, so that they will not force me to eat the psychological medicines, the reason I do not want to eat the psychological medicines , because I want to gain the confident from my future bosses, and I will not suffer the pressure from it, please pray for that my family members will not be persuaded by my bosses, and stressed on me, please pray for that they can help me to overcome this problems arise from my bosses. Please pray for that my family members may understand the side effect from psychological medicines, and will not force me to eat it. (5)Please pray for that I can restore my psychological health, because I am always blame myself about the sins I committed before, I am afraid that God will punish me about the sins I committed before, please pray for that I can have biblical mind to know will God punish me one day or not, so that I can live out good witnesses and have peace to face the punishment from God one day, and please pray for that God can forgive me. (9)Please pray for that my computer can run well , and I can continue submit my prayer requests and study bible from the net, so that my mother and I can firmly believe in the bible ,and we can have assurance of the salvation. And please pray for that we will not suffer a loss in the Lord's Judgement Day, thank God for that I can keep on use mind or mouth to pray in the office , please pray for that God can keep my stomach health if I pray with fasting for too long time, and please pray for that God can keep me not to hurt myself if I undergo stress because I found some blood come out of my body nowadays, please pray for that God can keep me if I need to see a doctor, please pray for that God can help me not to bleeding inside my body and I can restore my health, and please pray for that I can not only keep on use mouth to pray in the office but also in the whole life time, God can keep my health when I pray too vigorous, and I can pray at mid-night , and my mother and I can go to the church where God prepared for us and donate our money there in the will of God, so that we can have spiritual growth up , please pray for that I can maintain a good psychological and body health, and can keep on pray with heart this life, and please pray for that I will not suffer from disease ( such as heart disease) if I pray too vigorous. (10)Please pray for that my family members and I can have place to live and food to eat, we can have safety in using electricity and fire, pray for my sister that she want to born a baby, please keep her health and baby's health, and please pray for that we can apply for compassionate rehousing in God's will, may God have mercy upon my family members. (11) Please pray for that when I distributing the gospel pamphlets in the mainland China, the policemen come to me, and write down my Identity Card number, please pray for that God can help me to tackle with it. (12) Please pray for that I hurt my skin in order to keep on praying, please pray for that I can keep on pray with hurt my skin and will not infected by the SARS or other viruses; (13)Please pray for that my brother will not go on drinking the wine and gambling. I have been called of God to reach out with the Gospel to a community in the tea estates of the highlands of Kenya (my country in the continent of Africa).The work is positive and many tea farm labourours are coming to the Lord.However, the work has certain basic needs which I request that God will open a door for them to be met even as this work continues to take root in this humble community.

My heart's desire is that God leads the hearts of some saints to lend a hand in standing with me in this work and have the needs met.I am ministering among people who are in need economically and will actually be able to support this work as God turns their captivities.For now I pray for strategic partners who can hold my hands in having the ministry needs met.

I am not in any way looking for how to feed my family or have my personal needs met.No,God's work is paramount and it is urgent to our community here because many are perishing in immorality and idol worship.Aids is killing my people here and my heart is heavily burdened by this divine call.May God have mercy and touch some people to save my people.

The various urgent needs are;
1. Tent.
2. Seats(chairs)
3. Outreach sound system.

God has helped me to establish numerically growing church but we lack a proper roof over our head yet this place has alot of rains most hours of the day as it is the coldest part of this country.This is why we need a tent and chairs urgently.So pray for me please.

I will share much information required by whichever ministry, organisation or individual touched to support this work.Please also prayerfully share this need with whoever the Lord leads you to introduce me to stand with me in this work.May God richly bless you.

My husband needs a job very badly. I have been the main provider for my family since we got married. We have been married for 12 years. I am 60 years old and need to work just part-time or retire so we can do more ministry work. We are both ordained and want to do wedding ministry and Biblical counseling. We are both very active in our home church and I would like to be able to be freer to do more things in the church. Our income is very tight but we do tithe. We really need a major financial miracle. I have requested Prayers in the past few weeks for My Dear Beloved Rob who walked out on Nick and I Feb 20th, to move in with Donna who he met on a fetish sex line on the internet. I have requested Prayers to Bring Rob home and leave his deviant behavior with Donna. He has not come home. However, I have returned to Our Dear Lord Jesus. Rob's leaving was a true Blessing. Although the situation was very devastating my mind was opened and I know what I as a child of God needed to do before My Dear Beloved could begin his journey back to Nick and I. I needed to Put God first in my life. Today was the first day since 1999 that I went to church. Praise God...it was so wonderful and the Pastor is incredible...Rob broke my heart but God saved my soul...Thank you!

I continue to Pray that Rob will turn from his un Godly life with Donna and Return to Nick and I; but I believe Nick and I must reconnect solidly with Jesus before we as a family, can deal with Rob's home coming. Nick tells me he had a dream about Rob and that Rob told him he will never come back here...when I asked Nick did Rob say why he wouldn't come back...he stated that Rob said because he didn't like it here. Hearing Nick say this hurt my heart...because during this past week I asked God to Please if you want me to just get on with my life tell me and I will move on I won't continue to believe that Rob is coming home. On Tuesday I received a letter from Rejoice Ministries and the first thing I pulled out of the envelope said to "STAND!" Just...STAND! The next thing I pulled out of the envelope said to "BELIEVE!" I Believe this is truly God answering what I had asked of him.

My Prayer request to you is for My Son Nick! Nick is 20 and he didn't go to church with me today and says he can not. Nick is into wickin and doesn't want to go to a church...Rob's walking out in Feb and his young cousin (19) who died April 8th, left Nick looking for his spirituality through false means...God has a lot of work to do with our family...if you could Please join me...and agree with me in Reverent Prayer for the two men and myself to find our way back through the evil that has griped our family in the Name of Jesus by his Authority we can over come this unseen evil and be restored whole once again! Please pray for me as I go through a tough time of being at school not being with my best friend Emily who is on the other side of Michigan. She is recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. I myself have 8 months clean and sober. Pray that God grants me with acceptance that I can't get in contact with her since her mom's phone is broken right now, and that God continues to give her strength to stay clean and sober and strength to not go back out. Also pray that God gives me the perserverance to stay strong in this tough time. Pray also that if it his will for us to be together, that it be done. I have a job interview to become a paid Staff Chaplain at an inner city health center and low income campus. I would be the only paid chaplain with volunteers to help me. I am a volunteer chaplian right now in several places and know it is just as much a calling as paid ministry.

I am also in the credentialing process with the CPSP (College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy) and have a committee meeting to present my theology and biography.

Pray for both of these as I continue moving forward.
