Ever time she Is cut to the bone with lies and hatred America bleeds tears.She feels it and I feel It as most America loving people will. The other day at a large gathering to hear Colin Powell speak, the Archbishop of Canterbury made this comment to Mr. Powell. He asked was Americas war with Iraq, just the newest attempt of President Bush to increse Americas empire ! Why , the Archbishop made this remark , an out and out lie, was probably due to the Pope's stand on the war. Regardless to what or who prompted him to say it, he did, and it's his maker he will have to answer to , In the end , and no one else. I am not prejudice, against any religion, sex , or race. Make no mistake about that ! I hold ANYONE , EQUALLY ,In contemp that boldly slaps America In the face with their lies. The Archbishop didn't have the last word at the gathering that day, Colin Powell turned to him and calmly replied, America has fought many wars to defend the rights of others and to free their countries from tyrants and dictators , yet we have NEVER! EVER ! asked for any lands except for enough to bury Americas dead that would never be returning home again. The room went completely silent! Amen and God Bless America, GP
