When I was in the Navy I knew a guy who would go up to a woman he'd never seen before at a bar and say something like "I bet you a slow dance that I have your name tattooed on my chest."

It didn't work for him all that often, but he did have the words "your name" tattooed on his chest.

When I got out he was still saving his money for his next tattoo. He wanted a rooster hanging from a noose to be tattooed on his ankle so that he could bet women he had "a cock hanging below his knees".

After I got out of the service I worked with another ex-Navy guy who told me about some character he knew who had a fly tattooed on the head of his schlong. A bit more painful than I care to contemplate, lol. Gives a whole new meaning to the words "check your fly".
