I've got a friend from Atlanta that used to work for me before moving to the US, that phoned this afternoon, which was really nice. I frequently go through King's Cross, I don't know which Underground line was hit there, but if it was the Piccadilly line I could have been going through there at the time. The bus incident is particularly bad. Ken Livingstone is replacing all the double-decker buses with 'bendy-buses'. If one of those gets hit the damage will be far greater because of the blast impact. I hope they keep the double-deckers now.

I liked Bush's comments today. Blair looked a bit wimpish.
