Subject: where do ...

... "vetmsg.ex, isafe.exe. isafelist.exe. caavtrsy.exe", etc. exist on my computer? "just go in and see if they are allowed through the firewall" is all the troubleshooting advice it gives me but go where??? have no idea where to find these. my virus update won't update even though the registry shows valid with my having renewed e-trust subscription but all i get when i right click and then click "virus update" is a "you need to renew now for $$$" screen even though i've done that already. both the new suite (with upgrade) and the old packages have dates in the registry, the old stuff still exists with the old dates and serial number but the old stuff is still also in there with the old registry dates and new serial numbers.
