but alas, I think there are some serious flaws in terms of this personality type fitting me. I'd like to think that some of it is dead-on and who wouldn't - some flattering stuff in there. However, I decidedly am not the type that would excel in scienitific or architectural or engineering professions as I don't have the capacity for technical or nonlinear things. I am totally lost on these things. Also, I'm not sure that I am capable of being the effective leader that is described here. I tend to want to do everything myself for fear of the next guy dropping the ball - which does however seem to be a trait of INTJs. Also, I definitely don't fit the mold of being undiplomatic. My sparring with Lawshark aside, probably my biggest strength in the workplace is to be the mediator and facilator - either between my client and the media; or my client and other organizations; or my client and political aides. I also wouldn't consider myself to be disrespectful of others.
