methamphetamine abuse (made from pseudophed and caustic/volatile chemicals that tend to blow up and create toxic waste problems for like Motel 6, or people even make it in mobile labs in their cars and trucks) has reached epic and epidemic proportions all over the Flatlandia section of America, but methadone isn't any part of the treatment program for that. methadone is a replacement/maintenance drug for narcotics abusers. do they have much of a methamphetamine problem in NYC?

my own inital thinking was whether the same stats cited for this particular jurisdiction aren't very similar to just about any other county or municipality around there whether they had 'drug courts' or not. i also wonder what comparisons to Miami/Dade and their drug problems have much analogous applications to out there in an apples to oranges vein.
