Subject: Hello, I'm new.

Hi! My name is Jenifer(32). I've tried numerous times to write an intro, but I just can't do it. I don't know why, I just can't. I do feel strongly that I should be apart of this group, so I will share what I can.

My latest loss was Dec. 5th, 2003 with a m/c. I would have been 8 weeks along. I understand the Lord has a plan for each of our angels. It doesn't take away the pain, but does help me get through it eventually. Right now, I'm struggling with allowing myself to grieve. Sometimes I feel I don't have the right to be sad, with the knowledge I have. Other times I'm so angry that this happened again. I'm fighting depression, and I wanted a place that I could share my feelings and beliefs, without having to explain what a blessing is or personal revelation.

So here I am. I'll try to share my background when I can.

Jenifer,
Mother to 6 earth angels and seven angels in Heaven.
Our newest angel left us Dec. 5, 2003.
We miss you Anna Marie.

And yes, you have every right to be sad. Mourning isn't something that we are not to feel...it is a very human emotion that even Jesus Himself felt at the death of Lazarus. Yes, He knew that Lazarus had been born to earth to participate in the teachings of Jesus - but Jesus still felt the pain that was so desperately being felt by the family.

I am glad that you came here, and I grateful that you decided to post. I look very forward to getting to know you and all of your children better.

Jo

PS There is a fine line between grieving and depression - make sure you keep that in mind. Grieving is one thing, becoming depressed makes the grieving even harder to work through. You be good to yourself and give yourself permission to grieve and mourn the loss of a precious baby girl - I grieve here for you already....

Thank you Jo and Heather. I did work up the courage to post more under the tread started by Lauren entitled Intros. I guess it's going to take me a while to open up. I did share all previously on a few non LDS boards and was asked to leave because I was not their kind of Christian. It hurt very much to have a woman I had become especially close with tell me I wasn't praying to the same God she was. I know that's not the case here, but it seems it will be a bit before I can lay bare to all my hurts. Hehe, you may be glad once you see what I did post. I'm afraid I'm a little long winded.

How disgusting - and deplorable! We'll keep you here, as long as you can tolerate the rest of us, too! We can all become long-winded at times and personally, I like the posts longer anyhow! Let's me get a better glimpse of whom I am speaking with!

And if it makes you feel any better, I was kind of asked to leave the LDS board at PP by a couple of women on the board. I wasn't their type of LDS woman because I was posting wondering about their interpretations of scripture and stuff they were doing constantly.

Their loss....

Jo
