Subject: My DR. update................(m)

Well....he tested out my hip, then I had x-rays taken. I have the beginning stages of arthritis around my hip joint. So I am going to start going to physical therapy, take celebrex & something else to stengthen my joints.
Boy do I feel old!!! We talked about forms of exercise that won't make my hip hurt. Taking off my extra weight should really help woth the pain, but it hurts to do some forms of exercise. ***sigh*** But I'm glad that it wasn't something worse. I was adopted so I don't have a clue about my medical history.

So just pray for this old lady(of 38 years!!) that I can get my body in better shape!! ~~~Sheila

I am sorry you are having problems and aren't feeling well.
Besides really not feeling well you have this pain also.
