Subject: Please keep your fingers crossed for us.... We are closing on our old house tonight at 6:30

I'm refusing to let myself even breathe until it is all over. We aren't sure if the buyers will be closing today, but we will sign all the sellers paperwork. We had to borrow $5,400 from my dad to cover closing costs. Its makes me so angry that we have to pay to sell that house!!! I knew we wouldn't make much money on it, but never thought it would be so much. Part of that is because we're 2 months behind on the mortgage, but it still sucks.

I have no regrets about moving when we did, I wish we'd been able to sell it 18 months ago, and I really wish we'd just put it up for sale after the 1st renters took off. The should haves are always so much easier to see aren't they?

I'll be so glad when this is over!

apparently the buyers aren't ready and because its an FHA Loan, they have to be ready first. I admit I didn't catch all the details because I started fuming after hearing our agent say it was being postponed.
