Subject: The LDS 2003 Ornament Exchange information.....m

OK - we have had 5 women respond, so that is all I went with to exchange names, which has already been done and your information was sent out already as well. You email me if you did NOT receive a name.

Our limit is $15 - if you add the cost for the post, it'll be enough. And trust me, it is hard to find an ornament around here for that price anyhow! So please do understand that the limit is just that, it is a limit, it doesn't mean that is how much you have to spend. If you find something that you really want to send and it is less, that is absolutely fine.

Once you receive your parcel, there is no peeking allowed. I have already sent mine out - I am involved with 2 different exchanges and I always get it done in November - one less thing to do in December for me! Once you receive it, no peeking, and just post on the board that you have received your parcel. Once we've all received ours, we can figure out a time and place (perhaps Lynece you can help us with finding a place to hold a chat or something for this part) to open them together. Or, if you prefer, we can just open them whenever...it is totally up to us to make this decision.

Anyhow, I loved organizing this - my other exchange for moms who have a child with Down syndrome was a grand total of 40!!! So this one was a nice smaller number and it very dear to my heart. Have a wonderful time shopping, have them in the post NO LATER THAN THE 1ST OF DECEMBER. If you are sending a parcel into Canada, mark the value as only $5 or else some of us have to pay Duty charges in order to pick it up. Mark the parcels very clearly (due to 9/11) -

Have fun ladies - it was wonderful to go shopping alone for my exchange mom and be able to really listen to my heart and find the right ornament. I hope she likes it, too.

That you cannot contain yourself??? This is too much fun!

If you feel you cannot hold onto the secret, go ahead and blurt it out - but it is way more fun to just wait and thank the person when the parcel arrives....

You do what you think you can manage - if it is just too exciting, blurt away!!!! Just NO PEEKING WHEN IT ARRIVES!!!!
