Subject: Listen to what I just heard DR.. Phil say about marriage(m)

Marriage IS NOT one long date! Isn't that funny! But...there are many women in my ward that think that's exactly what their marriage should be. What do you all think??

Marriage is more like a job than a date! Yes, the newlywed period is like a long date, but if I had some of the fights on a date like I've had with Jon, that date wouldn't have lasted very long! And I never brought 3 kids along on any date of mine! LOL!!! I think I agree with Dr. Phil!

[> Well, I think marriage is a learning experience.....m -- Joanne, 20:04:49 10/02/03 Thu

One where you learn to accept each other for who you are, where you accept the fact that each will do growing at different paces and with a variety of goals. It is a time to learn to love another human being unconditionally.

So no, it isn't one long date...

their dh's into their perfect man. I listen to what a lot of them of saying to their dh's & I can't believe their dh's stay with them.

I agree with Joanne, marriage is about learning to love another human being unconditionally. That means accepting them & their faults. It means growing together as a couple, through the happy & sad times. It also means remembering what is most important....working towards becoming an eternal family.
