I live in North Carolina, in a little city right outside of Raliegh.

I've lived in this area my whole life, my parents and in-laws both live about 15-20 minutes away.

I'm in a pretty new ward. Actually when we first bought this house three years ago I was sad because I had basicly been in the same Ward my whole life. The name of the Ward changed and where we met did but it was still my Ward. When the Wards where redrawn and my new Ward created earlier this year it was fun because I'm back with some of the people I grew up with. And on Sun we are getting made into a new stake. It sould be pretty interesting to see all the new callings.

Oh yea I'm also 15 min from the Raleigh temple and our new stake center and Ward meeting house will be behind the temple when they can finally get it finished. We where supposed to have already been in it but because of construction delays it could be another two months before the building is ready.

My mom is from Kinston which is where my grandma and one aunt still are. My other aunt lives in Clayton. I just asked my mom how close they are to the temple and she said about 45 min away, so I don't know if you would know them. If you do know Kevin and Gay West, that would make it a smaller world huh?

I have another good friend from here that moved from Utah to NC and I believe she's in Cary now.

We were all in the Garner Ward for a few years before the new Ward, Swift Creek, was created earlier this year. I've know of them for several years because I've been here my whole life but didn't really met them until then. So who are you? This really has me thinking now.

My current bishop, Charlie Turner, is from Kinston. And one of my younger brother lived in a group home in Kinston for several years and when we visited on Sunday was would go to Church with hime there.

As for Clayton I'm pretty sure they met with the Smithfield Ward and by best friend from childhood in in that Ward, Carol Fowler.

So who moved into Cary? Depending upon which Ward they are in I could easily know them or at least of them.

and she lived in Kinston most of her life until meeting my dad at BYU and staying in Utah. Gay is the youngest of the 3 children 12 years younger than my mom. Gay met Kevin at BYU, but they've always lived back east. I will email Gay and tell her I met you!

My friend Janine Taylor and her husband Chris moved to NC from here almost 6 years ago. I think Cary is where she moved to, but haven't heard from her in a year or so.

Plus Jon(DH) served his mission 86-88 in the Charlotte NC mission. Never met any of my family though.
