I make spinach roll-ups (recipe in my recipe page, posted at the top of the main page - LOL), and Gavi can't get enough of them. I also make spinach lasagne (spinach with ricotta cheese, tomato sauce, etc) which lasts for at least 15 seconds. Hope that helps. I'm glad he's on the mend. I hope the rest of the problems clear up like yesterday's rain.
