Subject: need help with a Ham

I'm just wondering if you all could help me with some stuff. I'm cooking ham for easter dinner and I've only done it once before. What type of ham do you guys suggest I get? And how much of it do I need to feed around 10-12 people? I know it is already cooked, but how long does it take to "cook" it to get it all nice and juicy. Also, what way do guys usually do yours?
