I live and die by my crock pot. I am a morning person so most of my stuff gets done in the morning. If I plan for my crock pot, we have dinner, if I don't John cooks. LOL. I use my crock pot most nights. I make lasagna (which feeds an army), meatloaf, pork chops, chicken, soup, baked potatoes, veggies, chili etc. If you want any recipes let me know. I actually have 2 crock pots and sometimes have them both going! LOL

Do you have a bread machine? I use this to make pizza crust. Put the stuff in and set the timer. The dough is ready about and hour before dinner time. Spread it out and let it rise, put sauce and toppings and bake. It is yummy and requires little effort.
