Subject: Angelina (or anyone else good with meal planning), *HELP* -m-

Okay, lately I've been feeling like quite a failure at managing my household. I can't seem to keep on top of the laundry, house cleaning, cooking, and everything else. The bottom hit today when I got a notice I'd bounced a check. It was no big deal.... we have two bank accounts - one for bills and the other for everything else - and with some extra things we've done lately the bills were more and we just hadn't switched over the money. However, that wasn't the point. I just felt that once again I wasn't on top of things and that my life was out of my control.

SO, I've taken the bull by the horns and have sat down to create a plan. The first thing I'm doing is creating a weekly meal plan. I'm tired of 6:00 rolling around and us going "Hmmm... What should we have for dinner?" and then not eating until 7:30 as a result.

What are the meals you serve and their recipes? It can be quick and easy, crock pot, or intricate. I'll take as many as you can spare. I've thumbed through my Pampered Chef cookbooks and have selected some of my favorites. I've also pulled a few out of my crockpot cookbook. I need many more though, and would love any input/tips/help you could offer.

Thanks!
