I'm so sorry you have to go through this. I know what I'm about to say is going to sound harsh and I'll appologize now for it.

You have to do something. Terry has shown you time and time again that he will always go back. He is an addict. That is what they do. Yes, he can manage to clean his act up for a short time. But, he always goes back. He always will. There is nothing you can do to stop or change this.

The only thing you can do is decide what you want. Do you want to live with that? Do you want to be driven further in debt because he is spending so much money on his habit? Do you want the kids exposed to it? You posted a while back that you saw either Beth or Nick licking a bag closed. How much more do you want them to learn? Do you want Child Protective Services to take the kids away? Do you want to go to jail with Terry?

Until he is clean for a very long time, you have no choice. It will be hard, but many before you have done it. If you don't, you will continue to risk your kids and yourself.

I'm sorry I haven't been very much of a friend for you the last several months. You have my number and can call me anytime. I promise to listen and only give advice if you ask.

I am sorry you are getting kicked in the teeth once again. I know the hell you went through before and how strong you were to do what you did. Now you must turn back into that mother tiger and do what needs to be done.
