Here's an easy recipe for butterscotch crispies: Melt a 12 oz bag of butterscoth morsels and 3/4 cups peanut butter in the microwave (60 secs, stir, then check at 30 sec intervals until melted.) Stir in 5 c rice crispies. Mix well. Quickly spoon onto cookie sheets and refrigerate until set. HTH. -Karen
