Dont' you have a right to know why you are being questioned? I'd have asked why I was being questioned. Maybe Pas has done something with the blue pail thing. Maybe they suspect you and DH but it was really her that did something.

I have no idea how your legal system works but I'd be contacting a lawyer and finding out what the heck is going on.

Hope things get settle soon and Pas is out of your lives.
