you just dont smush up the whites.. and you fill them up with the other stuff.. but yeah, basically the same as making egg salad. :O)

so, use that amount of mayo and yes, plain yellow mustard. I use just a small amount of mustard.. more mayo than mustard.

as for how much,you just need enough to make it the right texture.. thats all up to you..

the paprika.. well its sposed to have a little flavor but i never know its there.. its just for decoration i spose LOL adds a little red to it. heheh

to boil eggs, this is what i do.. read it in a cookbook a long time ago and been making them this way ever since, though i know a lot of people do it different..

put eggs in a pan, cover with cool water.. put on to boil.. once it starts boiling, turn heat all the way to low and cover the pan.. let simmer for 20 minutes. turn off heat, drain eggs, cool, peel.

and again, eat them all up yourself LOL
