Well, if you are going to take it offroad, you want the Xterra. If you are not, you would be more happy with the Pathfinder.

As for Navigation, keep in mind that these days you can get a portable one for about a hundred bucks. So IMHO, it's not worth spending big bucks to have it built in.

Lastly, if you are any where near New England, I recommend the nice folks at Nissan of Keene, in Keene, New Hampshire.
