That's interesting. My car is paid off too, and I guess I'm just itching for something new. This would do it. I'd go right out and take advantage of free money like that. I couldn't say no.

And hearing how all these banks that got billions have just used it to line their pockets- it has to make me think it would have been so much better to give people vouchers to buy new cars with instead.
