Yes, either Nissan, the dealers, or both, sold my name to the warranty whores as well. I got so much spam and junk mail offering to extend the warranty and other letters coming to my house from generic "warranty departments" telling me that this was the FINAL NOTICE and all that......what a bunch of crap. Sorry the dealer screwed you on the rear gate lifts. Mine on my 01 are still kickin'..............
